Decades old market, rich in history but poor in cleanliness. You can get almost everything for you basic needs, from here. No one enjoys parking and driving here. So reach here by public transport and go around the place by walk to make the best out of this place. Not 100% digitalized, so carry cash. Bring your own bag to save your money and environment. Comparatively less crowded till evening. But best time to experience the place is from evening to night.

A market which had a dominant place in by gone era. It was re-christened as Sardar Vallabhai Patel Market. Poorna Market started in 1935, the main market in the city at the time of the Second World War. Till 1990's it was the main market where people of the city thronged for any major purchases, in times of any functions/festivals etc..
nowadays the market reeks of decades of neglect. Nowadays the rates of vegetables etc are on par with those in any of the raitu bazaars. But still there are some items which even if not found in any market in city, can be found here thanks to the decades old shops which still thrive in the market. Apart from regular grocery items, once can find a wide variety of other things like plastic items, spices to flowers etc inside the market.
