I have experienced a great stay here . I have not seen this kind of service in any other hotels of many part of this country. Very neat & clean . Lift is available. Huge parking place . Above all the manager of the hotel is very polite & helpful . He can speak in English, Hindi & obviously Telugu . Staffs are very polite & always ready to serve . Full A.C room . There is hot water supply in the bathroom . Though I have not seen any gyser or it's switch in the bathroom but still there are two options for hot & cold water .

During my stay bedsheet , pillow covers , blanket were very neat & clean . Biotique bodywash & Biotique soap were provided free of cost . In room service available & it was very tasty .

For our local sightseeing the manager arranged car for a very cheap price .
And he asked about the experience of the the hotel & sightseeing.

I will obviously recommend this place who wants loneliness in the night time & wants a budget hotel with a great service .

This is not a contemporary hotel. Previously it was a serviced apartment . But now one can book it as a hotel . But a homely atmosphere is still present in this hotel cum apartment.

It was once a service apartment. The management is now providing single rooms to their customers. Each floor has to homes with three rooms each. It has also got a common living room, dining hall and balcony. The rooms are a little congested but they are available for a reasonable price if booked early. A group of 6 or more tourists can request for a home. This gives a little more privacy. The locality is calm and peaceful. Four wheeler parking is also available in the basement.

Truly awesome experience here. Hotel staff and executives are very good and helpful persons.

The most important thing:
They allowed us to keep our excess luggage in the hotel when we were heading to Araku so that we can roam luggage free and pick it up while coming back to Vizag and head home even when our stay was over. And that is completely free. They booked cars for us on our request to visit important sites without any commision. I am pleased by the convenience they made for us.

Suggestions to hotel:
Room floors are a bit dusty. Please keep a broom inside the room or clean it regularly.
