Worst place ever!!! Booked a room on Oyo but they denied the room. Their response was to "go and ask where you booked". They wanted extra money to be paid to give the room. Pathetic people..

Worst hotel . I booked this hotel for my parents in law through agoda . The booking showed ac rooms and everything when they reached hotel they said we had booked for non ac .They paid extra for ac .. but they denied to give the bill for the extra amount they took ..the Ac also was not cooling properly.

Please do not book here. Staff was not good and when I reached they told me rooms are not available even though room were still available. This hotel booking seems to be a fraud they only accept offline booking and completely ignore online bookings.
Oyo please look into this as this was not expected from you.
