Had a great experience with this agency for the last one year. The team is professional and helpful. Over the period of one year, we had 4 different attendants for my grandfather and all of them were good and knew their work well. I would easily recommend Life Care to anyone looking for an attendant or nurse for their loved one.

We availed services from Life Care Home Nursing services during September 2020 when my mother was sick . The lady who came to take care of Amma., was Sandhya . She was extremely gentle and patient with her . Amma didnt last long but we are thankful to Mr.Surendra for bringing in timely help

This is a Scam, they are not trained staff. Don’t know how to take care of elderly patient when the patient is critical.
Agreed hours 8-6,
No punctuality, helper arrives at 8:30 am consistently
No experience
Not trained staff
Helper attends at her will no prior intimation of leave
Abscentism
Out of 8 hours, 2 hours on phone calls, 2.5 hours on lunch and sleep
Always need to look around for Her
Out of 7 days work- helper went out 4 for 1 hour to 3 hours for various reasons festival lunch, personal work, ration card work etc....

A person named Surendra talks nicely, once the payment is received, he absconded
Don’t fall for false promises that helper will be replaced, trained, no need to provide food, punctual etc...

This is a brokerage company. Paid 14k/- per month upfront, only 7 days services were provided, rest of the money he pocketed, helper was showing her dissatisfaction at work.
Avoid this company services for your benefit.
