Most irresponsible agency. They customer service is most pathetic and stone age process. Better Go for some private bank

All the bad reviews is correct on LIC HFL branch in vizag and almost the same all LIC offices.

Loan options details - 1/5

Loan procedure - 1/5

Customer service - 0/5 (Hardly they will be available out of 10 to 5 working timings through call or in person)

Interest rate adjustments - 0/5 (They increase change on time but if decreased we need to reach them or re-write the loan and there will be no update on any of these)

Loan closure - 0/5 (They won't accept online principle payments or from near branch. We need to go the main branch only and they levy charges on document collection + GST)

Even through they won't change with this review. I hope someone can change there decision to not take loan from LIC down the line.

I myself pre-closing the loan than dealing with these people.

The management of LICHFL Visakhapatnam is absolutely poor. They don't even pick up phone calls. I was asking about my original documents and the response was like we will check and let us know.
They don't even pick up the LANDLINE call.

Now a days everyone is using mobile. They didn't even post the mobile number of the office.
Thos is an absolute disappointment by a loyal customer who has paid the loan (generally high interest rate of 12% which is again vey high compare to other banks and home loan sectors)

Conclusion: Dont take loan from LICHFL. I request other customers
