First of all fraud manager ( Mr. Krishna) . He'll promise you something and will provide you something else! In the middle of reservation period they'll call you and ask you to leave the room for 2hrs for other guests! Never saw such an unprofessional hotel before!
Now come into room condition! Bathroom was untidy, small and damp! Rooms were ok but not up to the mark.
Do not book this property during your vacation period.

Didn't have a perfect experience while staying in this hotel. Booked through goibibo for 3 days from 26th Dec. Later, had to book for 25th also since hotel did not confirm rooms for early morning check-in. To our surprise, upon reaching they provided only two instead of 3 rooms. They oversold it! Had to argue with receptionist, manager, goibibo to get 3rd room after 3 hours which means complete waste of money. Hotel manager offered one day complimentary breakfast later, but overall there is no service available unless you complain about it. One room lock was not working but that was never fixed till last day. They insist on buying mineral water bottles rather than using their aquaguard water. However hotel amenities were good and if service is improved then it would be recommendable.

The worst hotel you can ever stay. The bathroom walls have black mold growing and the room constantly smells bad. We had a horrible experience with the general manager Mr. Krishna. When we booked the rooms from 5th to 7th February, and we had told him that 4 of us were reaching at around 1.30am in the morning on 5th, and if we could get any accomodation. He assured us that they would give us a room for free. When we reached he was sleeping in the hall and gave us (we were a party of 4 - my husband, my brother-in-law and my brother) a single double bedded room. When we asked for a cot, he told us that he would open another room. During our stay from 5th to 7th, he constantly called and harassed us every day to get us to leave a room for his other guests. When we went to talk to him about the payments, he added the other two rooms as well saying that he was a 'gentlemen' and did not go back on his word. But according to our conversations and chats he was anything but one. In fact, he asked us to leave the rooms by 5am the next day because he had guests even though their check-out time is 12pm. So to stop the harassment, we had to pay for three nights where infact we stayed for two. If you are traveling with family or friends we would suggest staying ANYWHERE ELSE other than this hotel. The 'general manager' gets a kick out of irritating and tormenting visitors to the city. Do not book in this hotel if you value your time and patience.
