It's the best eye hospital in Andhra Pradesh. Due to reputation there will be a crowd but there are AC Waiting halls with TV. Each waiting hall can accomodate easily 250 people. If you are planning for a General OP, my suggestion is to make a prior Appointment. OP costs 400/-. We booked an appointment 3days before over phone, got mrng 8.15am appointment. We finished all tests n OP by afternoon 2pm. I can say there will be a considerable waiting time. But if you want world class treatment you need to be patient.

Special facilities are provided for senior citizens, children and disabled persons separately.
Good response from the staff.
