0 (zero) rating for this shop. Had to give 1 rating to add the review/post. The exchange counter manager and supervisor are both very rude and aggressive people with no general manners. The managers and staff need to be trained to receieve customers with respect. We went to exchange a wedding saree which was already crumpled, and zari was coming off. When we went the very next day to exchange counter the manager started behaving rudely so we requested to speak with the supervisor and waited. To our nightmare, the supervisor started yelling at us just because the saree was not folded to their satisfaction. I will never shop again at this location !!!!

Sarees collection is very good but I faced 2 problems while shopping.
1.some sales persons are not intrested in displaying sarees,
2.we have purchased 1 kanchipattu saree on 29th april 2023 to gift my sister in law, as it is a gift we have removed price tag n presented to her, she said shez having the same colour n requested for exchange, so on the next day i.e on 30th April 2023,we came for exchanging the saree n selected other saree n went for billing carrying the price tag n bill, there they made a big issue saying that exchange was not possible as we removed pricetag. I have never heard or seen such a situation that exchange was not possible after removing the pricetag, which really made us irritated, finally other incharge person came n sort that issue after a discussion.
Very bad experience was that which never allow us to think of going again to that store
