The most unprofessional hotel I have ever seen. I was traveling with my kid and you are informing at the travel date that there is some technical issue and we can't accommodate even after full payment. At least you should inform or message me any way before, so that I can look for alternatives.

Rooms are not the worth for the money charged by hotel. No hot water in bathroom, no service available. Best to avoid it. Don't get fooled by the reviews. Actually there is no hotel with the name Hotel Sea Tree there. Beach Green Guest House is present at that location.

Was booked a hotel room here (Sea Tree Hotel, RK Beach, Vizag) through Agoda website. The images of the property displayed in the website hasn't matched with the actual property. It's an old home that turned out to be resident rooms, not to be termed as hotel. There was a communication gap between Agoda and Sea Tree.
I paid INR 1933 for 1 room upfront and got the confirmation booking ID from Agoda. Despite all this information, the property holder refused to provide a room quoting that they didn't received confirmation from Agoda.
The property holder suggested we need to contact Agoda customer care, whereas Agoda customer care refused to cancel the booking. Overall experience was worst with both Agoda and Sea Tree Hotel.
Please dont deceived after looking at the bling of hotel images in websites.
