We stayed there for the 2nd time. During our first stay, everything was good. But this time, we did not get proper service. We had to call them multiple times to get a service but there was no response. After telling them 6/7 times, we got the bed for the extra person for which they charged us when we were checking in.

Next, we ordered food in our room.. To our surprise when we were checking out the next day, they gave us a food bill where there was a price difference of around 50-100 ₹for each and every item making a difference of around 800-1000 in the overall bill. When we asked them, firstly they wasted our 30 minutes saying that our manager is coming and then 30 min in finding out the issue. At last they were saying you ordered food from the old menu and this bill is from the new menu.

Rooms were okay but there was a glass wall between room and the washroom from where everything was visible inside the washroom. The situation becomes very uncomfortable while using the washroom.

Overall, I was not at all happy with the service. Think before you book this hotel.

Stayed there for 3 days in May.
Rooms are decent, room service was good. Biryani was the best amongst the restaurants I ate in the recent times in Vizag. Service in restaurant was very late. They need to improve that. Location was good. Just near to the main road. Tariffs are reasonable. Overall a nice stay.

The worst experience in the recent years.
First- The Room which was alloted AC was not working. It's took me 3 hours to change.
Second- It's centralised AC so some other room people were smoking and our whole room was smelling too through out the night. We were passive smokers for the night.
Third- Wash basin sink was leaking and whole washroom was wet all the time.

Went in with a great expectations as its rated good and a 3 star hotel too.. But completely disappointed. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
