Poor experience! Tried to set up a review appointment twice. The receptionist said she'd get back to me but never heard from her again. They clearly do not take mental health seriously, so if you are looking for a psychiatrist, do not go to Her Clinic. Once the initial fees is paid, they are quite unresponsive.

I had to come to Vizag for my first delivery and while we were contacting our relatives and friends for a good gynaecologist we got to know Dr.Pallavi Garu who is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person. She is very patient in explaining things which is quite necessary for first time mom to be, words can't say how much I thank her for all the support during some really tough times, as well as her encouragement to help me get to the best times in my life.

Amidst the pandemic second wave I felt worried seeking in person appointments and averse to the idea of online consultation. After several discussions with family and friends we finally decided to meet Dr. Pallavi garu. Right from appointments to visiting Her Clinic it's been a great experience. Being father to a 4 years old year and my wife undergoing her second pregnancy during the trying times I was always in search of a good clinic and an empathetic doctor in Vizag. Today I am happy that I made the right choice taking my wife to an extremely hygienic facility Her Clinic and a caring doctor. Dr. Pallavi garu made us feel comfortable not only spoke about pregnancy but also guided us on the care to be taken in the prevailing situation. Her Clinic has the facilities not only catering the needs of expectant mothers but only has an activity room for keeping your toddlers engaged. I lived in different parts of the country including Tier 1 but never came across such a Clean & Welcoming Clinic. You can happily visit the clinic and the doctor without any second thoughts.
