I recently visited the Hatrick Sports Club, MVP, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped onto the torn turf to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, it was evident that this establishment falls short in several aspects.

???? Slot Mismanagement: Despite making the payment in advance, my slot was given away to someone else. This lack of organization and disregard for customer reservations is simply unacceptable.
???? Inappropriate Staff: The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and inappropriate. They seemed disinterested in providing good service and were dismissive of customer concerns and complaints.
???? Torn Turf: The condition of the cricket turf was extremely disappointing. It was filled with holes and tears, making it difficult to play the game comfortably and safely.

In summary, my experience at the Hatrick Sports Club, MVP, was highly disappointing. The torn turf, inappropriate staff behavior, and the mismanagement of slots all contributed to a subpar visit. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality cricketing experience. It is important for establishments like these to prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain the necessary standards for a pleasant and enjoyable visit.

WORST PLACE TO PLAY FOOTBALL
This is not ideal for playing football. The grass is weird, more like a mat not artificial grass. At some places there is no grass. Concrete floor is exposed. With shoes you slip-on the field. They didn't provide football. It's actually a cricket turf, they converted into football turf. Better to go with other turf in the city.

The best place in Vizag to play cricket with compared to other places offering indoor cricket..everything from the turf to all other amenities are top notch..
