Better to avoid the TPA.. Worst response. Should avoid any mediclaim which uses goodhealth as TPA . Currently Newindia assurance use them TPA hence better to migrate away from Newindia assurance in case if you have a policy if you don't have better avoid... Worst service

Whenever going for any insurance, requesting or begging you not to go for third party as Good Health Insurance as TPA. You will regret your entire life if you select these people as TPA. I am still searching for negative rating.
It's been more than a month for my claim and I didn't receive a response till date. Whenever I call they say 10 more days. This is never ending. No proper support from team.
