I heard many good things from my friends and relative about Good Health New Central Hospital -Visakhapatnam so took an emergency patient suffering from Dengue. Doctor advised me to get admitted immediately.

The Treatment went for 4 days and and the patient was shifted to So called ICU which has 3 beds and 1 AC with mosquitos breeding inside the room with no Facilities and somehow.

On the Day of discharge we were charged a bill amount of 1.03 Lakh which includes ICU charges (Room Charges I say ) of 60K and the medical staff we so adamant that they refused to deduct a single amount from the final bill and threatened us of not leaving the patient and warned us of negative impact to patient.

I would strongly urge those who visit this hospital check if you will be admitted to ICU for no reason and check with doctors attitude and staff attitude. The Service and charges are hefty and not for a common man and this hospital doesn't have insurance approval.

Those who ask me why did you get admitted here as the patient was a Shop owner from a poor background and we got advise from other doctors that dengue has no treatment but observation is required hence to save the cost and get good health in budget I admitted here but I found there has been a big hole in the patients pocket and not sure how much year will the patient take to recover the money.

Mine is a Strong NO to this hospital and would request IMA India and Department of Health and Welfare to review this.

Highly recommend to not to visit this hospital if you are suffering from fever. They are afraid of coviod. The doctors don't even diagonise thourugly. No checks of pulse rate, bp,etc. Straight away give u the prescription. But they charge the fee nicely for this kind of treatment.

Doctors are good but they charges like fully ,highly equipped but nothing is there .
