I have been going to this gym in Kurmannapalem from past 2 years and I have noticed that there’s no absolute maintenance of any equipment done. Also, I have never seen anyone cleaning the floor or even the equipment from the sweat stains. All I can say is that the owners have zero understanding on how to successfully run a gym.

Top of the cherry is that there’s no music system available. And you pay 2.5k per month to workout in a oven, as none of their air conditioners work.

Gym is ok. I got 3+3 offer. Had good equipment. I don't know trainers behaviour it's like they ignore most of the time. When I asked for a weight loss workout schedule, leaving one none of them have a response or helped me out. Whatever I am doing is totally based on YouTube, they teach you nothing. I don't know the management will look into it and work on it or not.

The gym is good, but my only problem is certain employee behaviour. I never seen an employee behaving so openly rude at a customer. I got into a misunderstanding with another customer, it wasn't even a big misunderstanding. Instead being passive and giving me correct information calmly, the trainer handled the situation with a rude behaviour. I don't know how to register my grievance, so I am writing my experience here. Join the gym, the gym is good but be careful of trainers you encounter. I can reveal the name of the trainer but I have the decency to respect privacy of that person. Unlike the trainer who doesn't even know how to behave like a proper employee.
