We have ordered butterscotchh cake today...that was like hell...it smell like bleaching....never ever order cakes from fnp????...spoiled party mood completely.

Waste experience. The entire party was spoiled. Even after booking one day in advance and paying a hefty sum, they could not deliver the cake. They r such a spoil sport. Better book from a local nearby cake shop. Never order from this site only they loot money. Today i lost 4000 because of them and birthday could not be celebrated. Bunch of idiots including their customer care

Waste service ... never deliver on time and no proper response from the customer service. When I have contacted the delivery boy... he used such a vulgar language. I do have recordings of it. No respect towards the customers. Some products were missing and no message in the cake which was given. Cake design was not same as mentioned. Many faults even after delayed delivery with regular follow up calls. Pathetic service.
