TLDR: Avoid this company at all costs. They are a fraudulent company and they will steal your money.

I rented a car from ezecars on 29th June and returned it on 1st July. I was charged a security deposit of Rs 3000 which was supposed to be returned immediately after returning the car. It has now been over 15 days and I have not received my security deposit back. I have called the person multiple times and now he has stopped picking up the call. I am now convinced that the person and the service is a fraud and that they are keeping my security deposit for their own purposes.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from ezecars . I will never rent a car from them again and I will advise my friends to avoid them as well.

Unprofessional person who did not provide us with required assistance and looted us.
We rented out a car for a couple of days and the very next day the tire got punctured. The car didn’t have even tools to replace it. On top of this he takes money in a company account and then said he will return within a day directly from that account, but yet didn’t got that money. Stopped picking up calls as well.
Before leaving asked me for a good review and eventually advising everyone to not take car from him.

Very bad experience with this car rental service. They do not return security deposit. They'll always make up some excuse and later they'll stop picking up calls as well. If you are renting car from them proceed with caution. Any payment you make will not be refunded. The car also did not come with tools to change tyre. When a tyre got punctured, we were helpless as we did not check this before. Don't make the same mistake.
