Amazing experience. People are so good. Service is better than new age 5 star hotels. Especially staff are trained well to be polite and responsive. Though the food is slightly expensive, it is tasty.

Only con is that the floor in the rooms is little sticky and bathroom floor is slippery. Exercise caution.

Our stay at Elegant Hotel was indeed excellent. The staff being so friendly made it even more pleasant. The service, food and reception was thoroughly exceptional. Mr. Chandra Rao made us feel at home with his suggestion for a wonderful meal on the last day of our stay.

The place had barely 2 tables full but still the staff was completely overwhelmed to handle any more orders. They took more than an hour to get our order and there were scenes with other guests returning their orders, as they took forever.

The food itself was served in small soup bowls, but with exorbitant mark-up! Taste was ok though.

Very very forgetable experience. And as I was leaving, the manager of the place came to me blaming his own staff for being lazy and bungling up every time.

So yeah, don't go here if you don't want to deal with this place's staff issues and internal bickering.
