We chose this hotel as it is near to the railway station and we have early morning train. The experience is average, the rooms are not mentioned properly.

I stayed in a deluxe double AC room, the rooms have some clumsy smell. They charged around 2.3k for one day but only one towel, two shampoo sachets and one small soap given by the hotel, no water bottles, no kettle. The door of the bathroom has a problem as it is not locked from inside.

Good as a rest room for shorter time and if you want to catch an early morning train like us but sorry to say that it is not suitable for the longer stay.

First shocker : reception staff shouts loudly for basic questions. They seem to have a general attitude that they are doing us a favour by giving us room . Even though we booked in Advance .

We checked in very late and politely asked if we can stay for an hour after their chekc our time . Do note that this hotels check out time is 9Am which in itself is very unusual compared to other hotels where it is 11 am or 12 noon . We were ready and would have Been happy to pay extra.

The appropriate response from would be to politely tell us the extra cost . Instead he begins to shout at the elderly people in family saying “ how can you stay ? Why would u stay ? Get out at your time ! It’s written there “

Rooms do not have basic amenities like a hand soap or a single bottle of water .

It’s extremely sad when a business that deals in hospitality and guest services employees display such substandard behaviour .

I advise any guest with a ounce of self respect avoid such places . There are far better options . With more decent humans .

I am not impressed with the room maintenance of the hotel management. The house keeping team is working on the phone call. Room is provided with smart TV and inter - connection phone. AC is available. Geyser is also available for hot water. The hotel is too near to railway station on one side and on other side bus terminal is on equal distance. Ok guys for your on going trips to this Steel City / Vizag.
