The lady who picked my call is madhavi nandgiri she was so rude told she left the system and call me tomorrow i will give another number but when I called her for another number she told 5 digits and disconnect the call after the she didn't respond even though I called for so many times if she left the system why did you mention her number pls update the number and it's been 5 days my courier reached your office but you haven't delivered neither i din't get any call feel like you keep that item with you forever worst customer experience ever

Worst service. Very unprofessional. They don’t even deliver courier to your address. I was asked to come to office and collect my package and when I went there they are closed. When I call to number that is their on the board, I get a reply from a lady saying , that they are at different office and asking me to come their. What is this real… it’s their job to deliver my package to my address.

I wish we have a option to give zero star for these kind of people.

For some reason the grumpy little old lady who works here, only answers your questions when she feels like it. Doesn't give respectable replies to women, as witnessed, her addressing other customer over a call while I was trying to parcel from here and even started cursing the people who called, for requesting information based on the contact number they found on Google Maps. She seems very reluctant in addressing any concerns AFTER she takes the payment.
This place doesn't have any scanners or computer equipment provide update or give any receipt and all u get is a notepad which has to be used by us for requesting information from her, as the numbers given in there, doesn't reflect any where I'm DTDC portals. She only takes the provided goods, tape them together, then send to another branch where they scrutinize and reparcel them again for an international parcel through FedEx. The lazy doesn't know the mechanics of how it works and is reliant on a person whom she calls all the time for any updates. Though other places are a little costly, I suggest you go for them rather than to bare such impudence and arrogance of a mere another human being.
