The office is nice and the way they organized the queue is systematic. One have to wait first their token number to get the reservation done, after filling up the form. The old lady in the reception is beyond outstanding. I went around 12 pm on Saturday, only 5 out of 10 counters are working. They are accepting debit and credit cards as well. Please find the timing details in my picture. Happy traveling:)

Excellent fully computerised electronic token system reservation office with 10 counters.

Not the friendliest of staff. Toilet facilities available. No pens, the reservation form is in a counter, there is a token counter, and then a wait and then the attendant counter and after all this, none of this process is documented or instructed. And the personnel don't encourage non-Telugu communication, so things can get difficult over here if the moment isn't right
