Really disappointed in the management here. Their idea of Customer service is to ensure they make maximum profit.
I selected a nice neemans casual shoe. However the only pair left is the display stock where one of the shoes has been heavily used by customers and has dirt/scuff marks.

So I requested they clean that or provide a small discount to compensate for the marked shoe.
Sadly the manager was unwilling and simply refused and maintained a "take it or leave it" attitude.
Very disappointing and recommend that you look elsewhere if you want good customer service and satisfaction.

It is normally difficult to find my size but they had options for my small feet. Glad to have shopped here!

Worst Ever place to buy branded products. They have 3-4 years old products lying here that they are dumping to customers.

Buy branded sandles, shoes and their heels will come off in just one day!

Wish there were zero ratings!
