I was ordered an item in zomato. After more than one and half hour the food is delivered. The complete fault at hotel only. And the food quality and quantity is very very low. Even the food is not sufficient to a little boy also. And also i was ordered extra rice also with this order. Immediately i was contacted the zomato and said my issue. Even thought the complete issue at hotel side, the restart gave me a refund of my full money. And the customer service agent Budha helped me a lot in this this issue. Thanks zomato

Have ordered subz-e-biryani (basically veg biryani) here on zomato. Its a nice experience. Delivery is fast and the taste of the biryani is good quality wise as well as price wise. It contained 2.3 kg Birayani with cashew, almonds etc it had a tinge of rose water too. It tasted differently. The box also contained mint raitha along with six piece Gulab Jamons, packing was good with necessary wooden spoons too. Link for live Tracking of delivery was also provided
