Needs a lot of work. Not enough places to sit even though there are quite a lotas too many people use it.
There can be language barriers as many boards/signs are only in regional language.
Bust considering other bus stands across India, it was good.

Visakhapatnam bus station ( Dwaraka bus complex or Vizag bus complex or RTC complex). This is one of the major bus station in Andhra Pradesh. This bus stop has been interconnected with several Indian cities, including Odissa, Hyderabad, Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Chhattisgarh. You can book tickets here for tourism spots including Tirupathi temple.

It has essential facilities including CCTV monitoring, AC lounge, massage parlour, ATM, breakfast, lunch, and you can grab soft drink from platform shops.

This is a wheelchair friendly place.

Need to improve

Overall cleaning (4 star out of 10). This place is not well maintained compared to other.

Overall aesthetic look ( 2 star out of 10) Need to modernise. Currently this bus complex looks like very old building.

Washroom cleaning (2 star out of 10) need to improve a lot.

Security (6 star out of 10)

I didn't find any emergency medical store with in station.

Bus stand is too rush by every time with people. Somany Busses Covered over all locations in ap. But some bus conductors is talking with bad behaviour with passengers. not at all. But some are behaving with people very rude. Rest of this thing, everything is great in APSRTC to travel.
