Have been waited 3 hrs for just showing reports, staff is irresponsible, not even inform us. For reports if we haven't on 8am. Then we should wait untill 1pm, after waited 3 hrs i realised that and they said simple madam will not see if you come after 9 am. I reached at 9.30 and given file, at least they should inform us to come tomorrow or wait till 1pm. Dear doctor please take action on your staff such a irresponsible and making patience wait.

Very few doctors can actually understand patient's point of view and mam is one of them.. she's so patient and treats very well.. I recommend everyone to consult her as she's one of the best in Visakhapatnam!

The staff isn't responsive and professional. I have been waiting for over 2 months to get an EMG test done. I had to visit the diagnostic centre multiple times to get a definitive answer on whether or not the test can be conducted. Finally, they refunded the money back for emg test. The price changed while refunding the money back. I am completely dissatisfied with their service provided for neuro diagnostics.
