It doesn't justify it's name i.e. upper class waiting area. First of all the sitting arrangements are not enough for the passengers that come to board here. Secondly, there are only a couple of toilets available inside so you have to wait longer for your turn. Washbasin space is too congested, you have to stand almost tilted.

Lot of mosquitoes are there. Washrooms was worst as well. Some how ac's are running quite long but still need to improve in terms of hygiene and cleanness

It's an AC reservation waiting hall. Here you can freshen up and mothers can breastfeed their babies here safely.
