This was my second visit after 2009. Few things have improved and few things needs improvement.
It's best to start Darshan as early as possible so that one can come out by 1700 and enjoy evening programs.
Plan in advance, book Darshan tickets and accommodation online. It will save time and will be best convenient provided one follow the timings while doing online booking.

1. The route to temple for free Ticket pilgrims needs improvement. Shades are broken, leaking, which a great inconvenience to pilgrims with kids/infants. Kindly improve the shade quality.
2. Notice boards for LUGGAGE COLLECTION counter PAC IV needs to be increased as its difficult to find the same.
3. Tonsure does not work for some timings. Photo attached.
4. The main gate at TIRUMALA remains closed from 0001 am hours to 0200 an hours both going up and coming down.
5. To get free tickets at TTD SARVANAM BHAWAN at TIRUPATI one must carry AADHAR original, Xerox or photo of AADHAAR in mobile. The free darshan ticket starts at 0001 hours till seat are exhausted.
6. To get Special Entry Darshan SED for Rs300
the quee starts at 0800 hours and gets exhausted by around 1000am for the same day.
7. Mobile are deposited prior going to compound and the system is good and safe.
8. Its advised do keep the slippers, shoes in hotel, or car. It i'll save time. Carry small snacks like biscuits, chocolates, juice, toffees, for long route to temple. Keep 5-10 waterproof carrybags for emergency use.
9. Still trying to find out if parents with infants & Senior Citizens will get some preference. If so kindly confirm me.
