I am visiting this hospital for my mother health issue from past 4 years, doctor treatment is very good but the biggest draw back is what ever medicine they suggest will be available only in the hospital medical store but not in any other medical shop in India. Also medicine cost is too high and middle-class family members cannot afford that much cost. Also, whatever medicine doctor suggests that also won't be available in the hospital medical store most of the times and we have to wait for medicines for more than 6 hours in the hospital (even after waiting for 6 hours also sometimes they will say stock is not available, this is really frustrating). Very negligible medical department people, they don't even bother about how much is the criticality of the patient and they respond very negligent way. I would suggest to recheck twice before you visit the hospital for any health issues.

#Ramyanurse helped me a lot in quick insurance approval for my dad ! I was able to proceed other expense cashless very easily and also Ramya helped me out in providing refund for one which I initially paid !

From my personal experience, I can say that it is one of the frontline hospitals in Tirupati. The surgeries are done perfectly, the medical care is excellent, and the hospital staff are very attentive and polite in their approach. I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to others.
