Rooms had WiFi, beds and sheets were clean. Bathrooms were well maintained.

There were no toiletries, no water bottles.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very much overpriced for what they’re offering.

Let me put down the what they offer (also attaching few pictures I took for reference)-
• A TV that no longer sits on its clamps but is carefully placed on the table beneath.
• Wooden wardrobes that is no longer usable. Full of cobwebs.
• Lights that don’t work.
• WC that doesn’t have a catch/ stays closed.
• Toilet has dark black dirty streaks all over.
• Oh! And if you’re able to get even a thin stream of water from the taps/showers, consider yourself lucky.

Freebies- Place your luggage anywhere in the room for a night and you wake up to your bags covered with spider-webs! And there’ll be tonnes of mosquitoes to welcome you!

We changed two rooms but both were similar. We had already paid the advance and it was too late in the night to look for an alternative.

Checked in with family. Lift was not working, but staff helped in picking up luggage and wheel chair as we have patient.
Staff was polite and good behaviour. Was expecting more neat as per the pics in google, however found used cigarette box in room, bathroom was untidy, would have kept clean more.
