I hate giving this 1star also...
Rajampet branch is the worst branch ever. The DTDC customer care told me that my courier has reached its destination (rajampet) 8days back itself. But, when I contact to Rajampet branch they told me that they don't have any courier related to my details. The people working in this branch don't even have respect towards the customers. They don't even speak politely to the customers. They don't at all listen to the customers. They keep delaying the stock. They are not giving us proper response and they are very harsh towards the customers. When we(customers) get different answers from the customer care and our destination branch, we get worried if our courier is safe or not. But, these Rajampet staff are very careless about their duty. This is the worst branch ever.

Please don't tell us"Due to the Covid-19 situation deliveries get late. Customers please understand the problem."

First control ur staff in this branch. First teach ur staff how to be polite to the customers.

Atleast teach them to give us proper information. We are not asking or forcing the dtdc to deliver it fast. We are only asking about the situation of our courier. Nobody will be blaming if they give us correct information.

I wish this branch will improve soon!

Package sent 10days back from tirupathi to Rajampeta, still it's in transit only. All of sudden I see a message that delivery attempt, but not delivered because RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE . We all at home only. Not sure the people are doing job properly.

If any emergency we have to use other services than DTDC. Usually I go for Professional Courier, this time I choose DTDC and felt bad now.

Now I learnt message not trust DTDC. Everytime professional couriers will reach on time, even current situation.
