I'm regular customer to bata from past 5 years. I have visited many branches in Hyderabad and banglore but I haven't face any issues . I recently visited newly opened bata Store in Proddatur and I purchased shoes worth 1500/-rs. Shoes quality was worst I haven't seen this type of products in bata. But in one month both Shoes sool damaged. I requested them to resolve my issue but no one responded. I spoke to branch manager he don't know anything about customer service he didn't given minimum solution for me and saying that I have sold shoe to you ask bata owner. If I ask bata owner then what is the use of him being a branch manager and taking salary from company. I'm also one employee, if I'm there in place of him I never say I don't. If manager can't adress the customers querys then who will answer to customers. I requested to bata superiors please don't alow to do job this type of behavior persons. They are working for salary not brand reputation.
