Very neatly maintained Gym. Great place to work out. Mr. Saif and his team is really awesome and helpful, they make sure, you are comfortable.I really like the way in which they encourage their clients and share them the proper workout tips and tricks.
From my experience, they are
enthusiastic and knowledgeable in teaching their clients, the proper workout techniques and imparting the correct knowledge about fitness and importance of proper diet.
This is the best gym in proddatur. They really maintain their gym in a hygienic way. Be it the cleanliness of the gym, the equipment maintenance, even their gym layout and setup is par with the corporate gyms.
Congrats to the whole team for the commendable work, keep rocking guys.

Definitely deserves a five star. Better than this gym is the personal and professional trainer himself, he will motivate you such a level that you don’t have to worry about the results. You’ll feel like it’s just a cake walk, but remember that you’ll need to put your time and efforts,.. consistently.

If you are serious towards fitness goals this is a must place to enrol and start working out. Highly recommending to go check it out and see the results yourself.

Mr. Saif is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health.I thought it was impossible with pure vegetarian diet But with help of Saif I am able to follow the diet very smooth and comfortable which meet my daily food habits.
He is best PT, very motivating and recommended the perfect excercices and dite plan to see a big difference during the first three weeks.I have motivated by him to achieve my goals in my weight lose and body transformation.
