Very bitter experience I had with your staff at nellore regarding each and every aspect of processing my booking .
Even after confirming the funds deposited in their account on Saturday they are unable to process my tax invoice
After too much strugggle finally I received invoice on yesterday morning
Clearly I have informed staff regarding delivery , I have plan to take delivery on 31/5/23 due to auspicious day , they said not possible due to TR not generated because of no power at show room
Such a big company with no power at show room , really stupidity answer I got from them.
Even today morning also I got the same answer from them , then I fought with them for almost 30 mins.
Finally I declared them regarding delivery, if they are unable to deliver today I don’t want vehicle, I asked them to refund .
Then finally after great struggle they generated TR.
If this much struggle required for buying one Tata nexon ev , definitely I will not suggest anyone to go for that.

These people response is the worst, my suggestion look for other tata dealers, never seen these type of careless and useless Management team till now, i believe they did masters in giving the false statements to customers .

Once again I say thanks to worst management of varalakshmi motors team and you to keep on giving the false statements to customers itself.

It's my humble request don't do booking in varalakshmi motors.
