1 star is also not worth for them. They don’t deliver the parcel to home. They don’t even inform you that your parcel is received so that you can go and pick atleast. No proper customer support or tracking mechanism.
After some days, when we go and ask for parcel they will take atleast 2 to 3 days to search your parcel in their office.
Do not prefer courier service at all from them.

The management should change their work way by atleast seeing their eating here.
