Opened a Counter for Public Service by India Post..... But don't know to Maintain Change or Petty Cash at the Counter???.. in the process to serve the Public....... person in the counter and his superiors too Argue and say that they do not have Rules to maintain Change or Petty cash at the Counter..... So pity....they say it is public to run after the Change and tender to them.... but they will sit and Enjoy the funds of Public inform of their Salaries DA's,TA's,Pensions Etc.... India Post needs to think of Introducing Digital Payments at the Counter or it should instruct its employees to maintain Change or Petty cash at the Counter.....

Normal couriers morning 10 am to 8 pm speed couriers 6 pm to 1 am from Monday to Saturday and Sunday is a holiday
