I went for perfumes.there are no proper facilities to test the aroma or the smell of the perfumes.they simply removed the actuator-pump’s nozzle and asked me to smell it near the opening.what is that?!!!!!
The executive that came to assist me has absolutely no people skills at all.
She didn’t ask what I want,didn’t give me options,no attitude to perusing the customer to other options which might interest me for other products,no social skills as to how she addresses the customer,no response to questions I asked but she was just showing or telling me what she has or knows of the store.
I asked her who the manager is?she just ignored my question and was telling something which I in the first place did it find it useful.
I asked her again and she didn’t answer my question.
I stopped and asked her if she will respond to my question .she called some other girl to assist me.
Such arrogance and attitude really angered me ,especially,because I ,being a customer,was trying to be nice,even addressing her respectfully quoting all my statements and questions with “meeru”(Telugu word that shows minimum respect to the second person,a second person pronoun in Telugu).
I couldn’t tolerate such indiscipline and unfriendly environment so I just walked out warning her of her attitude and the way she speaks.
The billing was very useful in his response and way he tried to explain about the product I was looking for.He knew what the store offers the customers,so may be he should be there on the floor assisting customers instead of just billing.
