Sales executives are very worst. They are treating customer based on cash and financial support. If you go for financial assistance help, they will work as priority. If you go for full cash payment. They won't respond properly. Facing 2 hours of delay in delivery after paying full cash. Mechanics are good about vehicle knowledge and clearly explaining about vehicle specs. Not at all recommending for purchase.

1st feedback
In bike purchasing time from sales team I have get good response but in terms of service team I have not get good response poor service the behaviour of service incharge (Supervisor) is not good
so I have decided for my 1st service to change the branch from Nippo branch to Harinath puram branch

2nd feedback
Yesterday On my 1st service I have visited to Harinath Puram Branch and there I have met Mr.Akram (service man) he had provided me good service and he had done good job

Now They have responded in such a good manner and they have provided good solution on my issues now iam satisfied heartfully
