Perfect place to loose weight...
It's very different when compared to the other gyms.Functional training & HIIT workouts increasing my stamina, egility, breathing ability etc...., ????????????

Everything about the gym is so positive,be it the vibe, management, trainer and the people around
Reasons why I feel it this way are
Firstly the trainer Rajeev , he is best at his job.he motivates and encourages me and he always comes up with different varieties of workouts which are so much fun to do
Secondly the dietician and manager, she welcomes you everyday with bright smile
Dance master Shiva sir, he was super energetic dancer
