This restaurant is at Belum Caves, AndhraPradesh, visited yesterday. I can say this is the worst restaurant. I ordered 3 meals, Jira and tomato rice. It had a cockroach in sambar in the ordered meals. See the attached pic.
When I asked about it, Irresponsible answer from restaurant. Most importantly, they charge extra 5 rupees on MRP on each item we buy.

Worst resturant I've ever visited. You will order ghee dosa and they will bring masala dosa. You will see the person brings the food to your table clean the wash basin bare hands..
