Hi friends.. I would like to write a review about this Gym. Owing to its amazing infrastructure and well maintained gym. The equipment are nicely maintained, which attracts the users towards fitness. The gym has been customized with equipment which suits all sorts of people. The surrounding is very spacious and nice setup for maintaining fitness. Amazing floor for strength and conditioning training. Staff over there are well trained and too friendly with the visitor. Vale of money is making a worth spending here.

I can give 100/100 for equipment. I feel great and very comfortable doing workouts in these machines. Very branded and quality machines. Treadmills and crosstrainers are unbelievable. Finally training and workout schedules and programs designed by management is excellent.

One of it's kind in Kavali, the best equipped gym in the town with state of the art equipment and finest cardio equipment.
The only downside is the space, it might get hit claustrophobic during rush hrs.
On a brighter note, the gym is very well maintained and hygiene is taken care of on a daily basis. Sanitisation is done on a regular basis and a hand sanitiser is provided inside the gym.

The music system gives has an immersive experience and keeps the adrenaline rush going.

The trainers are too young, little inexperienced and naive but are very cordial and polite with the customers.
Steam bath is available for all clients.

Special mention to Mr Alshad, the owner of the gym. His passion and commitment towards fitness is commendable. He supervises regular HIIT sessions personally and communicates extremely professionally with all his clients.

To conclude, it's the best gym in Kavali for men and women but there is scope of improvement in terms of space management inside the gym.
A restroom, handwash area could be good additions in future.

All in all, highly recommended for fitness enthusiasts.
