Sim suddenly stopped working and then I went to this airtel store to take new sim. He charged Rs.200 for Rs.50 for sim replacement. It is too huge amount. This is too bad. What is this kind of stuff, Airtel?

Suddenly sim has stopped showing signal and Airtel staff informed me that need replace with new sim, but charged almost 150rs which is too high.
