Check in experience was smooth. The staff is polite. The room wasnt clean and sheets were dirty.

I have booked this just bcoz it was mentioned 'Car Parking Available' but when I reached there OMG, it is located in a very small street where you can't even park your 2wheeler.
The guy at the reception was very very Rude, I wish I could slap him with my Skechers.

I am highly disappointed with the staff and services of this hotel and with the cleanliness.first I booked the hotel in oyo application and then the hotel representative told me we can’t provide you this with the online price and I pay a higher price at the hotel and I request them for a early check up but the scenario completely changed when I left the hotel and they ask for a very higher amount and the staffs behaviours are horrible. The rooms are not well maintained and not even hygienic to stay.
Smells coming out of the bed and bathrooms and lot of cockroaches all around the room and the bed sheet are dirty.
Plz do not waste your money and visit the hotel ever there are lot of other good and cheap options available in Guntur.
