They provide only accommodation and no food offered. The pricing ranges from ₹2,500- 3,800 p.m., the rooms are not at all spacious but people don't think much about that because it's very near to MM Gemini campus(CA Final) where most of the people who live in this building go. You don't find attached bathrooms over here and ño perfect place to dry your clothes(in the sun), they do offer a washing machine facility though.

Very nice time I had spent here..Price worthy.. Infrastructure and cleanliness of the rooms are good..Good environment with the owner sir and others in the room..Nice place to stay if we want to stay in hostels or pg.

Firstly the maintenance is excellent, daily cleaning is very good. I happily sleep in these rooms I feel like my home town only.

I took both room pg and study hall in omkars only. In study room the lighting and cooling ???? with chilled is very nice. Good place for students.
