Immediate after consultation they refer you many tests. Before or After testing, they don’t care about to explain why they are doing these tests and what is your condition finally. I feel it’s a perfect business model, for instance, first Jr doctor consult you and refer many tests, after that Sr doctor consults you saying nothing but giving 15 or more days prescriptions.

One more point, Every staff knows that there is a discount for Sr citizens, but no one inform the patients. Even though the OP clearly mentions the age of the patient, they purposely charge full and when you know about the discount they simply say after billing it is not possible.

Once upon a time it charges fee for the services offered. But now it is charging fee for waiting service. I don't know why the organisation recruited these low grade staff. Most of the staff were is dilama and seems to be presented physically but not mentally here. I really appreciate the services provided by this hospital previously. I request management and all the doctors not to feel as God/Goddess because you are also a simple passenger in this moving train and should board off at your destination.

I had a bad experience with in this hospital My mother admitted in this hospital due to brain stroke the doctors are such they can't see patient condition all tests are conducted finally told me no equipment available for brain surgery take her go to govt hospital The intension of doctors are only for, if we go with arogyasri there is no treatment I suffered a lot.
Finally I would go to Nims she recovered very well.
