A very good gym and the equipment are good. It can get busy on somedays of the week but otherwise you’ll find equipment free to use. Personal trainers are very professional and helpful. Samba is a really good trainer and he can help you train accordingly to your needs. He is professional, courteous and kind! I recommend anyone interested in personal training to talk to Samba!

Gold gym is a nice place for work outs.
Mr.Arun Kumar Velavartipati is a nice,but tough trainer who creates interest in you and makes you do the functional and strengthening exercises in a very practical way.
Very well maintained gym and hostile atmosphere,friendly relationship with other customers make you come regularly.
Will definitely suggest this for all those who maintain punctuality with healthy diet.

Well equipped and well maintained centre with good personal trainers. Joining fitness centre is one thing but doing the right way actually matters. I believe that having a personal trainer is always better especially for people like me who are naive. My trainer Mr Arun Kumar Velavarthipati is very professional. He can understand our requirements and guide us in the right way to suit our needs. He takes all the efforts to make us do work outs without fail. After joining this centre I can definitely feel my stamina has increased. I recommend this centre with Mr Arun as trainer.
