No words to describe how disappointed we are with their food and service. Whatever there in the menu which u ordered won't be in the plate you get.
We ordered chicken hot and sour soup it is neither hot not sour it doesn't tastes like a soup at all knor soup which is available in market is far better than this one.
Ordered chiken tikka masala insted of that they bought butter chicken and argued that chicken tikka the pieces are not marinated and not cooked in tandoor they just bought boiled chicken pieces. Whatever item you order there's no much difference they'll serve the same one item which they had.

Desclimer : We have reached the hotel at 3PM. So we expected that we will be asked to order including main course in the beginning itself. And the same thing happened. We had chicken Manchow Soup, hot and sour soup, lollypop, ginger chicken. And biryani follows. Hot and sour soup is the only thing we liked. And ginger chicken upto some extent. Mutton fried piece biryani was not good and chicken fried piece biryani is full of food colour. We were amazed if we ordered biryani or beetroot curry. Imagine the food colour usage levels

Awesome experience at cinnamon. Ample parking space available,taking big city into consideration, because space constraints will be there in cities, hotel also maintains good ambience inside. Different varieties of starters available, I liked chicken tikka biryani here, although price is high. Definitely this hotel is a go through. Very much suggestible. Enjoy the taste.
