The Doctor was polite and addressed the patient with care however the staff are very unprofessional and lacks basic etiquette. Especially the one sitting outside Dr Amarnath's cabin. Not enough seating for people who are waiting. Also I would advice Hospital management to maintain a display for a token instead of asking everyone when their turn is going to come. As much as time is important for Doctors, time is equally important or more important for people waiting. You guys should adopt an "estimated time" information for people who booked an appointment. Remember people who come to the hospital whether literate or illiterate should be handled with dignity and respect. I also see ton of flaws in the hospital.

Dr. Ram Prasad is young and dynamic and great human being, when it comes to treatment @Sri Vasanth's leg got facture due to bike accident, under the impression of Ramprasad sir now his leg cured and came to normal state,

My dad Gokanakonda rajakimar suffering from knee pains for long time. I came to know through my relatives about Dr. Ramprasad and consulted about my problem. After consultation Doctor advised some medicine s after using medicine s now I fully recovered from knee pains and able to move comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Ramprasad garu and A1 Orthocare staff for there cordial services.
