Worst experience. They didn't even bother to make an attempt to lift the call or deliver the parcel to home. We are paying for home delivery they behave like they are doing some free services, lazy staff.

Recently they have shifted their location to another building. I'm a customer of DTDC from many years. They offer good service. But there may not be any guarantee when you are couriering electronics
