The hotel is beautiful and grand also having good accommodation capacity. The tidy surrounding will make you feel fresh. The buffet menu they serve also is very good to taste and the variety is also worth mentioning. The behavior of the staffs is also cordial. They serve fine dine when they arrange special occasion during festivals.

I went to Kebab e Q with my wife and son.
I was thoroughly overwhelmed by their warmth and hospitality. The ambience was marked by quiet elegance. The service was amazing. Food was excellent. Absolutely noise-free crowd ...something very very rare in the City of 'woe'...Would love to visit there again soon.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are clean. I had no problem with that. They allowed me early check around 12 which was awesome. That being said, I gave house keeping my laundry right when I got to my room and he assured me it would be done by 9am the next day. The front desk assured me also. The next day at 1030am I went to the front desk to collect my laundry and after a couple minutes of waiting it was returned to me in the exact same bag I gave it to them and was still unwashed. I am traveling and on only had two sets of clean clothes so I was relying on there laundry service. I can't respect a business that multiple people tell me something will get done then never bother to check that out got done. I will never stay at this hotel again
