With such a big facility for medical treatments you'd expect at least an elevator which is missing - this is bad from an accessibility stand point. Even before you see the doctor you are asked to pay the fee which is ridiculous. In a clinic which is far away from central Kolkata they didn't consider having a parking facility for patients and visitors - you park on the roadside with no marked parking space. The waiting area has steel with no cushions. In addition to that they have some low seating wooden platforms for patients to sit on to make their pain worse. For the 9:30 AM appointment, the doctor made us wait for 30+ minutes - no respect for your time. The doctor was good. The doctor's chamber was well furnished.

Visited the place for annual corporate checkup. When travelling from Garia or Patuli crossing, you have to avoid Kamalgachi Flyover and take diversion down the flyover and hit a 7 point crossing to take left. The clinic has a good process, staff is cooperative, well behaved and listens to you. They keep the clinic neat and tidy. No foul smell as you normally get in medical centres. Ample sitting area, both ground and first floor. They have visiting doctors and testing equipments as per my experience and requirements. Parking is available outside the clinic on the walkway but limited. Though the front street is decently broad so you can find a parking place nearby. If you are nearby, do not hesitate to visit the clinic for any medical requirements.

The staffs are really good and helpful..everyone was so active and tried completing the process ASAP. Thank you APPOLO ????
